Smedge complains it is missing libuuid.so

Smedge on Linux requires the UUID library to generate the unique ID codes it uses internally. This library is generally part of the local OS installation, and is loaded dynamically when needed.

Remember, though, that Smedge is currently a 32 bit application. This means that you must have the 32 bit versions of all the required libraries, including libuuid.so installed on your system for Smedge to work.

libuuid is generally included in a package of system utilities called e2fsprogs. To overcome this issue, be sure to install the 32 bit version of this package on your system.
