Smedge does not work on my 64 bit Linux box

Smedge is currently built as a 32 bit program. This means that in order for it to run on a 64 bit Linux installation, the 32 bit libraries need to be installed as well as the 64 bit versions. Most Linux distributions make this easy to do. Look for the 32 bit run time libraries in your package manager and install them.

Don't forget that Smedge also depends on a library (libuuid) that is not always installed by default. This library can be found in the package e2fsprogs. Be sure to also install the 32 bit version of this library to get Smedge running correctly.
