Do I have to upgrade all of my machines at the same time?

Currently you need to upgrade all of your machines at the same time. We are aiming for having a forward/backward communication protocol, but the system is not complete at this time, and while some versions can work together, some changes will break version compatibility. True inter-version communication ability is a planned future feature of Smedge.
